Customer Success Manager

Reporting to the Director of Product Innovation and Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships within assigned accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities. Duties include working with our clients to engage at a deeper level with the Vantage Platform, respond to customer inquiries, manage customer accounts, and resolve issues with the help of cross-functional teams within Vantage as a distributed team.
Director of Engineering
Full Time
Reporting to the President, the Director of Engineering will lead the overall hardware and software development of our Engineering division. This person will manage our infrastructure and ensure all internal systems operate securely and effectively. To be successful in this role, you should be confident managing the engineering team while setting goals, budgets, and timelines for various projects. You will be in charge of our integrations with external partners and oversee all software development plans from ideation to execution.
Front End Developer
Full Time
Reporting to the Software Development Manager, this role will be critical to a small but growing team. You will contribute to product roadmaps and work on development within an agile organization. The team cadence includes annual planning, quarterly offsites, monthly updates, weekly priority meetings, and daily huddles to ensure we capture opportunities in a very fast-paced industry. You will work out of our Longmont, CO office and will be provided with all the necessary productivity tools to be successful.
